This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for 糖心传媒鈥檚 website. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

Information Collection, Use and Sharing

糖心传媒CC is the sole owners of the information collected on this site. 糖心传媒CC only has access to/collect information that you voluntarily give 糖心传媒CC via email or other direct contact from you. 糖心传媒CC will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

糖心传媒CC will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. 糖心传媒CC will not share your information with any third party outside of the college, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to mail tickets.

Unless you ask 糖心传媒CC not to, 糖心传媒CC may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from 糖心传媒CC at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting the college via the email address or phone number given on 糖心传媒CC鈥檚 website:

• See what data the college has about you, if any.
• Change/correct any data the college has about you.
• Have the college delete any data we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about the college鈥檚 use of your data.

Security

糖心传媒CC takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever 糖心传媒CC collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to the college in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for 鈥渉ttps鈥� at the beginning of the address of the Web page. All transactions are secured and managed by Authorize.net

While the college uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, the college also protects your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Surveys and Promotions

From time to time, we may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys, contests or offers (any of these a 鈥淧romotion鈥�) via the college鈥檚 Site or Services. If you participate in a Promotion the college will request certain Personal Information from you. 糖心传媒CC use the Personal Information you provide to the college in these instances to administer your participation in the Promotion. Participation in a Promotion is completely voluntary, and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

Log Data

When you use the Services, 糖心传媒CC鈥檚 servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or service connected to the Internet (鈥淟og Data鈥�). This Log Data may include information such as your computer鈥檚, or other mobile device鈥檚 Internet Protocol (鈥淚P鈥�) address, browser type, the webpage you were visiting before you came to the college鈥檚 Site, pages of the college鈥檚 Site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, sections of the college鈥檚 applications that you access, information you search for on the college鈥檚 Site, access times and dates, and other statistics. 糖心传媒CC uses this information to monitor and analyze use of the Site and Services for technical administration and tailoring the college鈥檚 Services to the college鈥檚 users鈥� needs.

Policy Toward Children

IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, the college does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from persons under 13 years-of-age. If the college learns that personally-identifiable information of persons less than 13-years-of-age has been collected on or through the Services, then 糖心传媒CC will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who uses the Services, then please contact the college at coleaud@richmondcc.edu to have that child鈥檚 information deleted.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

We may disclose any information about you if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws (such as U.S. Copyright law) or respond to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena, or warrant in the manner required by the requesting entity.

Companies Using The College鈥檚 Services

糖心传媒CC may share your email address with the company or organization for whose event you are purchasing a ticketing using the college鈥檚 Services. In such case, you will be subject to that company鈥檚 or organization鈥檚 privacy policy with respect to their use of this information.

糖心传媒 also reserves the right to disclose information that the college believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; protect the college from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; to investigate and defend the college and its employees against third-party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of the Services; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of users, or others.
