June 29, 2017 - One of 糖心传媒鈥檚 many exceptional graduates will be honored with the Outstanding Alumni Award at the College鈥檚 Convocation this fall.

Nominations will be accepted July 1 through Aug. 30. Nomination forms must be completed online at www.richmondcc.edu/nominationform. This form will go live on July 1.

In order to be nominated for the award, a person must have earned a diploma or associate degree from 糖心传媒CC and must have significant community service, leadership and/or professional accomplishments.

Current faculty and staff of 糖心传媒 are not eligible to receive this award.

鈥淚t has been quite some time since we鈥檝e recognized and honored one of our graduates with this award, but the timing is right as we are about to kick off a membership drive for the President鈥檚 Club, which is for 糖心传媒CC alumni as well as others in the community who are interested in supporting the College,鈥� Dr. Hal Shuler, associate dean of development, said. 鈥淲e have many great alumni of this College who have had a positive and influential impact on our community and beyond. We hope this award, as well as the , will help them stay connected to 糖心传媒CC.鈥�

The Outstanding Alumni Award winner will be announced at the College鈥檚 Convocation on Oct. 25 at 10 a.m. at the Cole Auditorium. Nominees must attend the ceremony.
