RCC Providing Customized Training For Sealed Air
糖心传媒 has signed an agreement with Sealed Air of Rockingham to provide a customized training program for the company鈥檚 employees.

Developed by RCC鈥檚 Director of Customized Training Lee Eller, the program offers instruction in safety, as well as management and supervision. It is in response to a recent upgrade at Sealed Air鈥檚 Rockingham plant, which included the enhancement of equipment to allow for more flexibility in production scheduling.
鈥淗aving this opportunity to provide our employees with continued learning is only going to make our company more competitive in the market place,鈥 said Sealed Air Plant Manager Michael Hardy. 鈥淎s with most companies, our employees are our most valuable assets. And the more we can keep them educated and involved in the business, the better.鈥
The cost of the program is around $20,000, and will be funded by the North Carolina Community College System, which has money budgeted for customized training for business and industry.
鈥淲e鈥檙e delighted to be able to provide Sealed Air with this training,鈥 said RCC President Dr. Dale McInnis. 鈥淚 believe the most important role of the college system is educating the community鈥檚 workforce, and it鈥檚 something we take very seriously at RCC.鈥
Within the past year, 糖心传媒 has provided more than $125,000 of state-funded customized industrial training to 1,236 employees working for 13 companies in 糖心传媒 and Scotland County.
